Hosting Services Information and Pricing

Bandwidth
Our basic hosting package offers our customers 15 GB of data transfers throughout a month. This includes all traffic to and from the web site, as well as data sent via FTP and POP3 (E-mail contents and any file attachments included), listserv activity, Front Page web transfers, remote database connections, e-mail broadcasts, and all streaming media sessions.

Disk Usage
Our basic hosting package offers our customers 500 MB of web server disk storage. This includes all of the customer’s media – web pages, documents, images, video, e-mail messages, and application code.

E-mail
We offer our customers 10 POP3 e-mail accounts as part of their basic hosting package. We will offer additional POP3 e-mail service for $2 per additional account. In addition, we offer a web-based e-mail “client”, allowing our customers to send and receive their e-mail with their browser.

Enhanced E-mail
AMS also provides premium e-mail services, offering protection from junk mail and viruses. We offer this service at $5 per POP3 account, which includes migrating the customer’s e-mail account, establishing the lists, and training the customer to use the management tools for these applications. Our service spam filter service works with account-specific lists of approved or blocked senders (a white list and a black list), combined with a challenge/response system for unknown senders. This system can effectively eliminate close to 100% of all unwanted e-mail. Our virus protection service utilizes an anti-virus toolkit that has been integrated with our mail server. All accounts protected with this service will have their e-mail screened for malicious programs in messages and attachments (including zip files). This service recognizes over 20,000 viral signatures and is updated daily.

Advanced Visitor Tracking & Website Statistics
AMS can provide real-time statistical tracking and historical data reporting for our client’s websites. We can provide data about referring websites, the search terms used to locate the website, and visitor usage reports (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly). We can also identify installed browser components and track the visitors’ pattern of activity through-out the website.

	• Included with basic hosting package • Statistics can be viewed via web interface by customer • We will generate special / complex reports for $50 / hour

Search Engine Reporting
We offer an add-on service where we track all of our customer’s search engine page rankings and generate a monthly report that is web accessible. The page rankings will be recorded for 3 of the customer’s keywords, querying the 5 most popular search engines: Google, Yahoo, Ask Jeeves, MSN, and AOL.

E-commerce
Our hosting architecture can support pre-existing, custom, or third-party e-commerce / shopping-cart applications. Pre-existing and third-party e-commerce solutions may include software already owned by the customer that is being used on their existing site. In addition, we re-sell Miva Merchant shopping cart packages to customers that are interested in an affordable e-commerce solution. We will help the customer establish an online credit card transaction account, if they do not already have one. We will also help the customer create a Secure Certificate, allowing users to have an encrypted billing transaction.

Streaming media
We deliver our customer’s audio and video presentations over the web via live or playback “on-demand” streaming services. We can also provide restricted access to this content, requiring an online sign-up or pre-existing account to download. We support the Microsoft Windows Media streaming format.

Listserv mailing lists
We offer a Listserv hosting service, allowing our customers to create and maintain an e-mail discussion and e-newsletter list. Our service supports multi-lingual lists, built-in archiving, automatic bounce processing, content filtering, digest delivery, spam filters, web-based list administration and membership management tools.
