Once the update is complete, the material is placed online for review and upon approval, the content is linked to the live website. AMS also offers monthly search engine optimization and submission, photo and media conversion, and direct e-mail services.

Hosting Services Information and Pricing

Website Content Updating
Our customers can send their website’s text or graphics updates to us via e-mail, phone, fax, or postal mail. If necessary, we will clarify any details with the customer via phone or e-mail prior to starting the work. Once the work is complete, the updated material is placed online for review by the customer. Once the customer has approved the change, the content is linked to the live website and an e-mail is sent to the customer informing them that the update is complete.

Search Engine Optimization & Submission
We will manually optimize our customer’s web pages and hand-submit them to the most popular search engines, directories, and web portals on the Internet. By using paid listings and inclusion programs, we can get our client’s sites listed fast and reliably.

	• $1,250 covers all consulting fees and search engine listing fees

Document Conversion
We scan hardcopy documents into digital format; convert electronic documents into PDF or HTML.

	• Scanning: $10 per page • Conversion: $1-$5 per page

Photo and Media Conversion
We scan hardcopy photos into high-quality digital images. We can digitize audio and VHS tape into MP3 or Windows Media format, suitable for web distribution or multimedia CD-ROM packages.

	• Photo scanning: $1-$5 per image • Audio cassette encoding: $75 per hour of audio • VHS video encoding: $150 per hour of video • CD-ROM Master creation: $250

Direct E-mail
By using this service, our clients are able to send information out to their customers instantly. We will work with our customers’ supplied email lists and send out scheduled “broadcasts” to each member on this list. The customer will send us e-mail content and we will send the broadcast at a specified time. We can send out text or HTML, as well as any type of attached files. Our system provides recipients with an “opt-out” feature which will automatically remove them from our customer’s mailing list. After the broadcast, we will provide the customer with a report showing the number of undeliverable emails and removal requests.
